How to light an attic
Our third event is dedicated to lighting; in particular, we focus our interest on a type of lighting that usually raises doubts about the choice of luminaires and their positioning .
We recently addressed the issue of furnishing an attic : the determination of the type of light to be used to enhance the space and give prominence to the complement was very important .
Usually, in an attic , taller walls are used to make cabinets , bookcases or furniture that , in view of the design of the room, must occupy the most space , or contain the largest number of items / clothes / devices . While the lower sides are used to accommodate containers in wardrobes, made to measure , or desks / couches / additions.
The lighting , which in an attic absolutely must prioritize the practical/functional aspect , by virtue of the lack of walls ( that must accommodate the containers ) and the absence of adequate ceiling height , requires "smart" solutions, which , if you also want to join with elegance , glamor and success of a space, land in TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS.
We therefore propose that , if you were undecided about the lighting fixtures to choose for your attic, the solution of LUMINAIRE ON CABLE , of which we enclose some nice pictures.
The luminire, of various types and directional , are mounted on low voltage cables (12/24V ) fed by the existing lights . They can be positioned according to a logic distribution, INDEPENDENT from the walls or the placement of the furniture, and leave complete freedom to give rise to the accents , rather than the atmosphere .
